Abstract

يجد متعلِّم قواعد اللغة العربية صعوبة في تعلُّمها من حيث الترتيب والتصنيف، وصعوبة في وْفـَرتها وتشُّعبِها، ومرُّد هذه الصعوبة إلى تلك البيئة التي أنتجتْ هذه القواعد النحوية وطبيعة الطريقة التعليمية المتَّـبَعة، فقد جاءت مبنيَّة على حاجة المتعلِّم آنذاك، وهذا حتَّم علينا النظر في تلك القواعد والهدف منها، والشائع المشهور والنادر المغمور منها، ومن ثمَّ إعادة دراسة القواعد النحوية بناء على معايير محَّددة من شأنها تحديد المستعَمل وغيره، واقتراح قائمة بما يحتاجه المتعلِّم من القواعد النحوية، وطريقة لترتيبها وتصنيفها وفْق معايير الإطار المرجعي الأوروبي المشترك لتعليم اللُّغات CEFR وإن دراسة التراكيب النحوية وفْق مثل تلك المعايير المحددة والدقيقة ضرورة، لأنها توقِف المعلِّم والمتعلِّم على ما يلزم تعلُّمه، وما يحتاجه المتعلِّم، وما هو ضروري لإتقان اللغة، ومن المتوقَّع أن يُِقول هذا البحث من عدد القواعد النحوية التي تُقَّدم لمتعلِّم العربية الناطق بغيرها، ولا شك في أن هذا يساعده في تطوير كفايته اللغوية Arabic Learners often struggle with the complexity and abundance of grammatical rules, which are the byproduct of traditional teaching methods fitting a bygone era. This calls for revisiting these rules to sift through and examine their purpose and frequency of use, based on a set of specific criteria. This task seeks to arrange and classify Arabic grammatical rules according to the standards of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Reviewing grammatical structures against specific and precise criteria is of paramount importance, as it helps both the teacher and learner identify the learning objectives, and zero in on language proficiency to cater for learners’ needs. This research is expected to reduce the number of grammatical rules presented to the non-Arabic speaking learner, with the aim of strengthening language proficiency
