Abstract
This paper introduces EasyKos, a web-based Room Rental Management System developed using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js) stack. EasyKos is specifically tailored for the Indonesian room rental market and follows the Agile methodology. The system empowers landlords to effectively manage their rental properties by providing comprehensive features, including a dashboard, room and tenant listing, payment management, maintenance tracking, automated email generation, invoice generation, and a to-do list. With EasyKos, landlords can streamline their property management tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance overall productivity.
