Abstract

It is a well-known fact that a child today is a leader in the future, but a few of us knows superficially how to make them leaders. As a matter of fact, we must understand the best possible way of nurturing our children to be great leaders of tomorrow. In this regard, we are going to explain three important facts crucial to the upbringing of our children to become good and reliable people in the future. These three facts teach the best way of dealing with people, ensuring bringing up of them in a good environment and training them to be positive-thinking children. We need to make sure these three factors must be instilled in their mindset of them all the time, whenever available. To be able to prepare such good children, there are good parents, teachers or trainers who are always available next to our children. In order to do so, they must contain the relevant experiences, qualifications, and good morale values. A proverb in Myanmar says, “If parents are good, then the children are also good.” Some said we must have a strong family background with good financial support and stability to accomplish such a plan. We cannot deny these facts; however, parents from a middle-class or a basic family can also do so if they exercise their utmost effort and sincere willingness. The most important message we want to share here is that they must attain a strong will, concrete belief and unending desire to foster their children to be a good leader in the future. The author’s family contains 7 children and 2 parents, altogether 9 family members, and the bread earner is only the father, but the monthly income covers the expenses of all family members. Today every child is all qualified adult with a successful career, which means my father was able to nurture his children to a satisfactory level where every child is leading their respective family, community or institution. Here, we want to tell you that if parents are sincere, diligent, tolerant, forgivable, and religious-minded, they will lead their families to the best of their life. However, although they may be poor and unqualified to handle their family affairs, they will definitely bring up good children in their lives. The task of those parents who want to have good children in their lives is not so difficult. They must continue their lives properly and constantly, but they must fulfil their responsibility and routine work of regularly looking after their children. Professionals describe children aged 5 to 10 as young, children from 10 to 12 years old are called big children or adolescents, and they have named youth when they are between 12 to 18 years old. Some theory claims that youth are aged between 12 and 25 years old. There are several progressive signs in the physical body and the mental capacity of developing children according to their respective ages. Parents, family members and the people living in the community are responsible for uplifting and correcting these signs of development. Different signs of development are found between 5 to 8 years, 9 to 11 years, 12 to 14 years and 15 to 18 years. Children between 1 to 5 years are in the infancy stage when their mental and physical capacity develops. For example, they seem to understand and notice themselves more clearly, and they notify not only their understanding of things but also the impressions of others. Their interest in others increased, and establishing relationships among others has also enhanced. They also understand and like the outlooks of other, and their pronunciation are assumed to be improved and correct. In addition, they can speak new words, and their ability to speak a perfect sentence is very encouraging. Children between the ages of 8 to 10 are known as the big children, and they tend to live in a group. They tend to talk more and more, understand to select the best friend, accept the advice of their friends, love to play games, want to be independent, study the disciplines, start questioning, intensify questioning, be interested in the sport and willing to be the winner in the games, start to take an interest in things, easy to be inspired as well as first to be disappointed. They are willing to copy the acts of elders, and the elders need to notify their signs of development to correct them if they deviate from the right path. Parents and teachers must always support and uplift the mentality of children because they can easily lose their morale and interest in their studies due to environmental disturbances. They need to be strengthened by connecting to the members of society, community sports teams, and volunteer organizations so that they are always inspired and remain on the right track. Next to that, parents are advised to settle their problems, unsolved questions, and the pressure of their friends to help their activities sound good. At the same time, parents need to train them to be responsible, understand accountability and don’t forget to award them for their every achievement. In addition, parents must teach them the values of honesty, and respecting others, avoiding corruption, criminal activities, cheating, and stealing are the worst acts of losing moral values. Don’t forget to engage them in sports activities, go along with them, see their keen interest, and encourage their interest and achievements. We call our children adolescence when they reach the age between 10 to 15 years, and amazingly their bodies grow healthily and the height are also look quite tall unexpectedly. Their thinking pattern looks growing while parents still cannot believe that their children are growing suddenly big. Many parents started thinking about their children seriously and cautiously, that they are their future. Their children are now ready to encounter the adventurous world, we, parents, are now sending them to their real life, and these children are ready to begin their lives. They can easily be perished and face so many problems in their lives if we can not prepare them up to the mark sufficiently. This is what every parent thinks seriously. Therefore, parents must know they can only ensure the safety of their children if they can manage to trace and train them, as said earlier. In addition, the following training is necessary for their children to get trained because they develop good characteristics and significant values, making them valuable human beings. They need to wake up early in the morning, engage in their respective religious activities, keep themselves clean and their environment, wear suitable clothes neat and tidy, help others, handle money carefully, speak nicely and effectively, not speak first but wisely, be a good listener and do their activities according to their plans and make the best time management. The children being trained since the beginning of childhood are the best when they reach the age of youthfulness. Then the parents are happy and understand that they nurture the best children. When we see those children who engage in uncultured and criminal activities, we know they have never received good training and the good environment mentioned above. The key factors for the development of children mentioned earlier are written as an example. If you want to know more detail, it is advisable to read this book until the end, and you will receive more valuable information and life-long lessons. This book is a guide for nurturing a good child or developing a successful child in your home; we should always keep this book on our bookshelf as an important handbook. I pray to God, Allah Almighty, to bestow us with valuable children who can make our world beautiful.
