Abstract

The aim of the research is to measure the effect of an educational unit based on contextual activities in developing reading and writing skills among learners of Arabic speaking other languages. The activities of the educational unit were based on the context, which is divided into four sections: the phonemic context, the morphological context, the sentence context, and the non-linguistic context that is concerned with the external meanings of the text. Research tools are identified in a unit setting based on contextual activities to develop reading and writing skills, and a test that measures reading and writing skills targeted in an educational unit based on contextual activities. The sample of this study consists of (20) learners. The research found the effectiveness of the proposed unit based on contextual activities in developing the reading and writing skills of learners who speak other languages, which emphasizes the possibility of employing context in the educational process for learners of other languages Others will achieve their communicative competence. هدف البحث إلى قياس أثر وحدة تعليمية قائمة على الأنشطة السياقية في تنمية مهارات القراءة والكتابة لدى متعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى، واستندت أنشطة الوحدة التعليمية على السياق الذي ينقسم إلى أربعة أقسام: السياق الصوتي، والسياق الصرفي وسياق الجملة، والسياق غير اللغوي الذي يهتم بالمعاني الخارجية للنص، وقد تحدت أدوات البحث في إعداد وحدة تقوم على الأنشطة السياقية لتنمية مهارات القراءة والكتابة، واختبار يقيس مهارات القراءة والكتابة المستهدفة في الوحدة التعليمية القائمة على الأنشطة السياقية، واستخدم البحث المنهج التجريبي، وتكونت عينة البحث من متعلمي اللغة العربية بمعهد تعليم اللغة العربية بجامعة أم القرى البالغ عددهم (20) متعلمًا، وقد توصل البحث إلى فاعلية الوحدة المقترحة القائمة على الأنشطة السياقية في تنمية مهارات القراءة والكتابة لدى المتعلمين الناطقين بلغات أخرى، والتي تؤكد على إمكانية توظيف السياق في العملية التعليمية لدى المتعلمين الناطقين بلغات أخرى، وخرج البحث بتوصيات أهمها: تدريس متعلمي اللغة العربية للناطقين بلغات أخرى سياقيًا يسهم في رفع الكفاية التواصلية لديهم.
