Abstract
The article titled "Tinta Minda BERNAMA - Hari KKP Sedunia 2026: Kesejahteraan Psikososial Di Era Industri 5.0.pdf" discusses the significance of the 2026 World OSH Day theme, which focuses on creating a healthy psychosocial work environment. As the industrial landscape shifts from Industry 4.0 towards Industry 5.0, the collaboration between humans and advanced technologies such as AI and robotics introduces new cognitive and emotional challenges for the workforce. The writing is emphasise to the necessity of developing resilient human capital that is equipped with high-level thinking and technical skills to face these rapid changes. Malaysia’s commitment to this cause is evident through the introduction of the Psychosocial Risk Assessment and Management in the Workplace 2024 (PRisMA) guidelines, which align with the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals to ensure no worker is left behind. In conclusion, achieving long-term success in protecting worker well-being requires a solid tripartite cooperation involving the government, employers, and employees to ensure the nation remains competitive and prosperous.
