Dr. Mohd Ferdaus Harun is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Psychology, AbdulHamid AbuSulayman Kulliyyah of Islamic Revealed Knowledge and Human Sciences, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). He specializes in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, with research interests in organizational change and development, organizational culture, psychometrics, and Islamic psychology. Dr. Mohd Ferdaus earned his Ph.D. in Psychology from IIUM in 2020. His academic contributions include co-authoring chapters in edited books and journal articles focusing on academic leadership and organizational culture.
