Prof. Ir. Dr. Mohammed Saedi Jami is a Professional Engineer (PE BEM) and Chartered Chemical Engineer CEng MIChemE (UK) at the International Islamic University Malaysia. He earned BSc. in Chemical Engineering from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia (1989), MSc. (2002) and Ph.D (2005) in Chemical Engineering from Nagoya University, Japan with the support of the Monbukagakusho Scholarship. He has served as a Postdoctoral Fellow of Japanese Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) at Suzuka National College Japan (2005 - 2007). He is a member of The Filtration Society Japan, Malaysian Water Association (MWA), and Malaysian Society of Engineering and Technology (mSET).
