NOOR SAADIAH BINTI MOHD ALI was born on 11 December 1985 in Pahang, Malaysia. She received his primary education at Sekolah Kebangsaan Cukai, Kemaman and continued her secondary education at Sekolah Menengah Ayer Puteh. She attended Pahang Matriculation College for a year and then enrolled her first degree in Petroleum Chemistry at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) in 2005 and completed her degree in 2007. She was the recipient of JPA scholarship during her degree level. In 2014, she managed to complete her M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry & Instrumental Analysis with distinction as her CGPA was 3.83.
