NOOR SAADIAH BINTI MOHD ALI was born on 11 December 1985 in Pahang, Malaysia. She enrolled her first degree in Petroleum Chemistry at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) in 2005 and completed her degree in 2007. She was the recipient of JPA scholarship during her degree level. In 2014, she managed to complete her M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry & Instrumental Analysis with distinction as her CGPA was 3.83. She furthered her doctorate programme in Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) and demonstrated outstanding skills and experience in the field of Molecular Physical Chemistry and Optical Material specializing in Electrochemistry and Physical Sciences.
