Saidatolakma Mohd Yunus is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Fiqh and Usul al-Fiqh, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). She obtained her Bachelor’s and Master's Degrees in Islamic Revealed Knowledge and Heritage (Fiqh and Uṣūl al-Fiqh) from International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM) and pursued her Doctorate of Philosophy in Islamic Banking and Finance at Institute of Islamic Banking and Finance (IIIBF), IIUM. She was an academic trainee of IIUM and a recipient of the SLAB/SLAI scholarship under MOHE.
