Abstract

This study is concerned with explaining the commandments of the Prophet SAW to be kind to the neighbour, forbidding his abuse, and extracting the important benefits in those commandments and analyzing them according to the sayings of the scholars in them. The study began with Jibril PBUH, of the Prophet SAW to the neighbour, and Jibril’s PBUH, continued to recommend the Messenger to the neighbour until he thought that he would inherit him. Second: The advice of the Messenger SAW to Abu Dharr RA to the neighbour. Third: The advice of the Prophet SAW to Abu Hurairah RA to the neighbour. Fourth: The advice of the Messenger SAW to Muadh bin Jabal RA to the neighbour, as he ordered Him SAW to preserve the rights of the neighbour. The importance of this study is evident in the mission of the Prophet SAW commandments for the neighbour to his companions and the entire nation, and the need for people to know such commandments in their dealings with their neighbours. This study relied on the inductive approach in collecting the hadiths contained in the commandments of the Messenger SAW of his companions from the Prophet’s SAW sunnah, the descriptive and analytical method for clarifying and analyzing the intended and intended hadiths, and the critical approach to distinguishing the hadiths contained in the chapter in terms of validity and weakness. Among the most important findings of the study is the permissibility of a bequest in religion, meaning that it is permissible for a Muslim to advise his brother about what will benefit him in this world and the hereafter from righteous deeds and righteousness, and what he will pay from harm and harm in both worlds. It suffices for us an example of Jibril’s advice, peace be upon him, for the Prophet SAW and his repetition of the advice and its importance and greatness for the neighbour. And the confirmation in the advice of the neighbours to their neighbours and the severity in her matter. The permissibility of an advice for the one you love in Allah from neighbours and friends, so our religion is always keen to advocate enjoining good and forbidding evil and an advice is part of enjoining good and forbidding evil.
