Abstract

This study deals with the experience of the Faculty of Languages and Managment at the International Islamic University-Malaysia, in teaching the academic writing course to students of the Arabic Language Department during the Corona pandemic. The researcher relied on the descriptive and analytical approaches. The study reached several results, including: The advantages of the Faculty of Languages and Managment experience are in providing the students with the opportunity to acquire time management skill, learn self-reliance, and training in critical thinking. As for the negatives of this experience, they are: weak interaction between the teacher and his students, and the lack of social relationship.
