Abstract
Global climate governance has always been one of the key issues studied by various parties. Since the COVID-19 outbreak, many countries have suspended high-emission industries for a long time, but why isn't this having a significant impact on greenhouse gas reduction? How should emerging economies strike a balance between economic development and environmental protection? In response to these questions, we interviewed Dr. Rafia Afroz for her insights.
