Abstract

يستعرض هذا البحث أثر التعاليم الكونفوشيوسية المركَّبة في التربية والتعليم في اليابان الحديثة، وكيف رسم كونفوشيوس للشخصية المتعلّمة طريقا أخلاقيّا لبلوغ الكمال الذاتي والتوافق الاجتماعي من خلال العمل الجاد على تحقيق الفضائل التربوية المركَّبة العليا. وفي هذا الصدد كان لأب النهضة اليابانية الحديثة فوكوزاوا يوكيتشي دور فاعل في إنجاح المسيرة التربوية الإصلاحية في عهد الإمبراطور ميجي، بفعل انفتاحه على مكتسبات الغرب الحضارية، والتعاطي مع الجانب المضيء فيها. The study attempts to highlight the impactful teachings of Confucianism as represented within educational and teaching in modern state of Japan. It essentially deals with the way how the belief motivates their adherents to shape personalities which comply with the demand of society through hardworking activities. In this particular aspect the father of Japanese renaissance, Fukuzawa Yukichi played significant role in bringing reformative movement during the era of Emperor of Meiji by adopting the open policies to interact with Western civilization without ruining or demeaning the origin of Japanese historical and cultural legacies.
