Abstract
The presentation discusses the similarities and differences between mindfulness-based intervention and mindfulness-informed intervention. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) was introduced as a mindfulness-informed intervention. Some techniques used in ACT was presented to be used in the clinical settings.
