Abstract

Staff were reminded from time to time especially before, during and immediately after the KENMS ‘Ibadah Camp was over. Data about the communicators and the frequency of their appearance in communicating about the program was obtained by typing the name of select committee members and the name of the program, i.e., KENMS ‘Ibadah Camp, as search terms in the IIUM mail box. Data collection and analysis were performed by following a five-step procedure. The log information was copied and pasted into a MS Word file. Each log entry was assessed to determine whether or not it was relevant to the theme of the ‘Ibadah Camp. Relevance index was computed by dividing the “relevant” and the “total” of relevant and irrelevant log information. The search term that produced a perfect relevance index was ‘Ibadah Camp KENMS 2021, followed by the secretary, the chair, and committee members.
