Abstract

Bystander recovery efforts, such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and the use of an automatic external defibrillator (AED), save lives in out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA). Educational booklets in CPR and AED may increase knowledge of bystander resuscitation that is currently low in the community. Thus, this study aimed to develop an educational booklet for school teachers towards CPR and AED programs. This booklet as a guideline training to school teachers in CPR and AED represents an opportunity to increase the number of bystanders who can apply CPR and AED
