Abstract
تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية موضوع حماية الأسرة أولادها من جريمة الابتزاز عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، حيث تناولت الورقة تعريف جريمة الابتزاز وأركانها وحكمها الشرعي، كما وضحت أيضا الفئات التي تتعرض لجريمة الابتزاز والأدوات التي تتم بها عملية الابتزاز وأغراض ارتكاب هذه الجريمة من قبل مرتكبيها، ثم تناولت دور الأسرة في حماية الأولاد من هذه الجريمة واستخدمت الورقة المنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج التحليلي، وتوصلت إلى نتائج عديدة أهمها أن جريمة الابتزاز عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أخطر من جريمة الابتزاز العادي لأن الأضرار التي تقع على الضحية لا تمس المال فقط وإنما تتعدى إلى العرض والشرف ونشر الفساد بين الناس.
Abstract
This study deals with the issue of protecting the family the children from the extortion crime through social media. It also explains the definition of the crime of extortion, its pillars, the legal ruling, the groups that are exposed to the extortion crime, the tools and the purposes of this crime. Aditionaly, it addresses The role of the family in protecting the children from this crime. The paper used the inductive approach and the analytical method, and reached many results, the most important of which is that the extortion crime via social media is more dangerous than the crime of regular extortion.
