Abstract

من الطبيعي أن تُعطَى أهميةٌ قصوَى لذلك الجيل الذي صاحَبَ النبي  وعاشر معه، وشاهد حركاته وسكناته، في حياته اليومية، وفي عباداته لربه، وفي تعاملاته معه ومع الناس، وفي سلمه وحربه، ومن حق ذلك الجيل أن يُمنح المرجعيةَ الأولى، بوصفه مشاهدًا لتصرفاته  المختلفة، من أقوال وأفعال وتقريرات وأخلاق، فمن هنا فهمهم للآيات القرآنية والأحاديث النبوية هو الأساس والمقدَّم على كل أفهام البشر، والمنارة الوضاءة المضيئة لأئمة الفقه عبر الأزمان والعصور. فنريد أن نتناول في هذا البحث بيان أهمية فهم ذلك الجيل للسنة النبوية الشريفة، وتنزيله السنة على أرض الواقع، من خلال عدة نماذج لهذين الأمرين. مستخدمًا المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي. Naturally, utmost importance should be given to the generation that accompanied and lived with the Prophet (PBUH), witnessed his actions and way of living in his daily life, in the worship of his Lord, in his dealings with the companions (RA) and the people, in times of peace and war. It is the right of that generation to be given the first consideration, simply because they witnessed his different actions, from his words, deeds, decisions and morals. Hence, their understanding of the Qur’anic verses and Prophetic narrations (Sunnah) is the basis which is given preference over the understandings of any other human being. Their understanding has been the luminous beacon for the jurists through the centuries. Hence, this research addresses a) the importance of that generation’s understanding of the noble Prophetic narration (Sunnah), b) and its application on the ground through several examples for these two matters. The research adopts an inductive and an analytical method.
