Abstract

This booklet is part of the outcomes from Ostomate Support Group activities under Flagship Healthcare for Sejahtera Community by Kulliyyah of Nursing. Preparation to develop the booklet is started from October 2019 involving the lecturers and the students from the course Discovery of Nursing (Stoma care), Kulliyyah of Nursing. The booklet had been distributed for the first time to the attendees of the ostomates gathering in November 2019. The content and presentation of the booklet were later improved in the year 2020 for a better impact on the reader. The focus of its development is the patient with a stoma and their family. The booklet was a required outcome to be produced under the allocation of Special Flagship Fund 2020.
