Abstract

يهدف البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على قواعد التعامل مع القراءات الشاذة المروية عن الصحابة، باعتبارها منهجًا يمكن الاعتماد عليه في الاستفادة من القراءات الشاذة وتوجيهها والجمع أو الترجيح بينها وبين القراءات المتواترة وقد اتبع الباحثا ن مجموعة من المنهجيات العلمية التي تناولا بها موضوعهما، فمن خلال المنهج الاستقرائي تم جمع كلام أهل العلم في التفسير والقراءات وعلوم القرآن ثم تحليله ونقده واستخلاص القواعد. وقد تم التمثيل لذلك بعدة أمثلة للقواعد وبيان الآثار المترتبة على تلك القواعد في أبواب العلم. وخلصت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج، من أهمها: أن العناية بقواعد القراءات الشاذة يزيل كثيرا من الإشكالات ويكشف تهافت الشبهات التي يوردها أعداء الدين في هذا الباب كما أثبت البحث أن لقواعد القراءات الشاذة من الأهمية مثلما هي لقواعد الفقه وأصوله. The research aims to shed light on the topic of the rules of dealing with irregular Qur’anic modes of reading by the companions, considering it as a method to benefit from irregular readings, directing them, and combine or weighting between them and the mutawātir readings. The researchers had followed a set of scientific methodologies to deal with their topic, through the inductive method, they gathered the words of the scholars from their interpretations, and from sciences of the Qur'an, then they analyzed it, criticized it and extracted the rules. they gave several examples to the rules and the effects of those rules in the issues of science. The study concluded a set of results, the most important of them: that dealing with the rules of irregular Qur’anic modes of reading removes many of the problems and reveals the incompatibility of misconceptions reported by the enemies of religion in this section, as the research proved that the rules of irregular readings are as important as they are for the rules of jurisprudence and its principles.
