Abstract

صذس كاهىن ألاخضاب العُاظُت اللُبي سكم 29 لعىت 2012م في مشخلت جدىٌ دًملشاػي، وإوٌ كاهىن ًصذس بالذولت اللُبُت مىز اظخلاللها، لزلً ا على ً ؼيل عصب الخذاوٌ العلمي للعلؼت اإلاشجىض على الخعذدًت واإلاؽاسهت العُاظُت التي ؤكشها ؤلاعالن الذظخىسي، وما صاد ألامش حعلُذ العلؼت ً الدؽشَعُت الجذًذة ؤهه لم ًىً هىال ا إلاا جلذم؛ ًدىاوٌ البدث ً مشحع دظخىسي ؤو كاهىوي لُبي بالعابم ًمىً الاظخفادة مىه في هزا الؽإن، ووفل كاهىن جىـُم عمل ألاخضاب العُاظُت، بر حعشض ألهم مظامحن هزا اللاهىن مً خُث حعشٍفاجه إلافهىم الخضب العُاس ي وجإظِعه والؽشوػىالظىابؽ والجهت اإلايلفت بةصذاس جصاسٍذ مماسظت اليؽاغ العُاس ي للخضب، وؤوؽؼت وؤهذاف الخضب ومصادس جمىٍله، واهتهاء بالىخاثج والخىصُاثالتي هإمل ؤن جإخز ػشٍلها بلىاإلااظعتالدؽشَعُتاللُبُتبؼشضمعالجتالخلل الزي جىاحذ باللاهىن. ******************************************************************************************* The Libyan Political Parties Law No. 29 /2012 issued in a period of democratic transformation and change, as the first law to be issued in Libya since its independence. Therefore, this law became the base frame of peaceful power transfer that based on political and Multi-party System stated in the constitutional declaration, what is more complicated to the new legislative authorities that there was no Libyan constitutional or legal references to be used in this regard. The research deals with the law regulating the work of political parties, as it exposed the most important implications of it in terms of its definitions, concept of the political party foundation, conditions, legislations and authorities issuing licenses, activities, objectives of the party and funding sources ending with findings and recommendations that aiming will help the Libyan legislative institutions to fix the defect in this law.
