Abstract

Setiap fasa pembangunan perumahan lazimnya berkait rapat dengan keadaan sosial, politik dan ekonomi negara semenjak merdeka. Keadaan ini menjadikan dasar dan program perumahan yang digubal di Malaysia adalah unik selaras dengan keperluan semasa negara ini. Malah kejayaan dan pencapaian program perumahan di Malaysia sejak merdeka sering dijadikan rujukan oleh banyak negara membangun lain.
