Abstract

Sesudah Adam dijadikan maka Allah memerintahkan Iblis menyembah Adam tapi perintah ini diingkari oleh Iblis kerana memperlekehkan kejadian Adam yang hanya berasal dari tanah manakala dia pula dari api. Surah al-Baqarah ayat 30-34 telah merakamkan kejadian ini. Justeru itu Iblis berjanji akan menggoda adam dan keturunannya. Maka kisah memakan buah khuldi oleh Adam dan Hawa merupakan penyebab untuk menunjukkan larangan allah itu jangan sekali-kali dilanggar. Surah al-baqarah 35-39.
