Abstract

البحث يهدف إلى دراسة الوقت في السنة النبوية وعلاقته بصناعة التميز، وذلك من خلال بيان مفهوم الوقت وإدارته في السنة النبوية، والعلاقة بينها وبين صناعة التميز، واستجلاء مدى فضل السبق للسنة النبوية في التوجيه الإداري للوقت. والغرض من الدراسة هذه بيان أهمية الوقت في السنة النبوية، ودورها في إدارته، وعلاقتها بصناعة التميز، وقد توصلت الدراسية إلى أهم النتائج التالية: مفهوم الوقت في السنة النبوية أنه: ظرف أوجده الله بتقلبات الليل والنهار ليحيط بالحياة فيمحص الإنسان وعمله ويتقلب مراحل عمره من خلاله. وإدارة الوقت في السنة النبوية هي: استغلاله بالعمل فيه وفق فقه الأولويات، لأجل تحقيق الأهداف التي تجني النفع الآجل والعاجل. وعلاقة إدارة الوقت في السنة النبوية بصناعة التميز تكمن ضمن قواعد التخطيط الإداري للوقت في بيان الأهداف الأساسية للحياة، والتنظيم الإداري لتلك الأهداف وفق فقه الأولويات، والتوجيه الإداري الذاتي والتفويضي للأهداف، والرقابة الإدارية لها، وأن التميُّز والإبداع في جميع مجالات الحياة تكمل من خلال هذه القواعد التقويمية التي تدير الوقت وتضبطه. ABSTRACT The research investigates how time is managed through the Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH) and its relation to excellence. The study highlights the principle of time managing in the prophetic tradition as it shows whether the Sunnah had first lead towards time management or not. The aim of the study is to highlight the importance of time in the Sunnah and how the Sunnah had played a role in managing time. In addition the research provides insights on the control of time management and how this helps to rise towards excellence. The study has concluded: According to the Sunnah time is a creation of Allah as it is considered at the same time as a bounty of Allah that humans are asked about it in the Day of Judgment. In addition time is seen as the container of worship as it is related to the good deeds. According to the Sunnah time management is to cultivate it according to priorities under the system of planning, ordering and time control. The research finds that excellence is tied to time management by the right planning, ordering and the right direction of managing time and the administrative control of it. In addition the research finds that every success in life, excellence and innovation is linked to those elements that manage time and according to those mentioned elements the Sunnah has thus preceded all theories in time management. It is worthy here to mention some rules in time management: Management planning of time by highlighting the basics aims of life and the administrative management according to the Fiqh of priorities as it can be seen that time management is tied to the personal management and it depends on the set aims and goals. In addition to these rules one important rule in the concept of time management is the management control.
