Abstract

يرمي هذا البحث إلى أهمية إنشاء مؤسسة الزكاة في إقليم كوردستان العراق؛ لأسباب اقتصادية واجتماعية ودينية, وتتجلى أهمية البحث في كونه يتناول بالتحليل فريضة الزكاة لتفعيلها في منظومة رسمية تتمثل جميع شرائع سكان الإقليم, وكذلك لتوجيه الحملات الإعلامية للزكاة توجيهًا صحيحًا تتوافق مع مقاصد الزكاة عمومات الشرعية, ومن جملة النتائج التي توصل البحث إليها التعريف بإقليم كوردستان العراق, ثم إظهار الأسباب الداعية إلى إنشاء مؤسسة الزكاة, وكذلك بيان أهم مقومات المؤسسة.
