Abstract

The purpose of this manuscript is to provide assistance on detecting weather tightness defects in buildings to- • Assistance, usual good practice standards to be followed by those diagnosing weather tightness defects, and • Contribute to the well-organized and effective repair of buildings that are leaking. For accurate diagnosing a leaking requires a high degree of skill, experience and knowledge- this manuscript does not replace the need for those carrying out this effort to have assumed systematic professional development with regular training update and on-site experience. This report is not restrained to the procedures of any particular agency or organization. Similarly, we have to relook at the weathertight homes resolution services act, if there be.
