Abstract

يعد الشيخ محمد تقي العثماني من العلماء المعاصرين الذين ساهموا في خدمة صحيح الإمام مسلم؛ وله شرح نفيس لهذا الكتاب القيم، وسمّاه بـ"تكملة فتح الملهم بشرح صحيح الإمام مسلم". وقد عالج فيه كثيرا من القضايا الفقهية المعاصرة أثناء شرحه أحاديثه مما يجعل شرحه لا نظير له في هذا الباب. وقد اعتنى أيضا بردّ شبهاتِ وغُموضِ بعض المسلمين المثقفين حول الإسلام. ومنها شبهاتهم وتبريراتهم حول الربا، فيهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان منهجه وطريقته في بيان تلك الشبهات والرد عليها خلال شرحه لأحاديث متعلقة به، وسوف نستخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق هذا الهدف. Shaykh Muhammad TaqÊ ‘UthmÉnÊ is one of the contemporary scholars who contributed to the commentary of ØaÍÊÍ al-ImÉm Muslim. The work is known as Takmilah FatÍ al-Mulhim bi SharÍ ØaÍÊÍ al-ImÉm Muslim. He dealt with many contemporary fiqh issues while commenting on the ÍadÊth reports. This made his work unique in the world of commentaries. He also paid his attention to refute the doubts and obscurities of some intellectual Muslims about Islam, including their qualms and justifications about RibÉ. Thus, this research aims to explain TaqÊ ‘UthmÉnÊ’s method and manner in elucidating these doubts, and his responses. This work used the descriptive and analytical approach to achieve its goal.
