Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استنباط المعايير المشتركة بين معايير رشدي أحمد طعيمة، ومعايير المجلس الأمريكي لمعلمي اللغات الأجنبية، ومعايير الإطار الأوروبي المشترك، حيث إن المعايير المذكورة قد حققت انتشارا واسعا في الاستخدام والتداول بين أوساط المهتمين والخبراء، سواء أكانوا في تعليم اللغات الأجنبية أم في تعليم العربية لغير الناطقين بها. ومن هذا المنطلق فقد بدأ الباحثان بالإشارة إلى الثقافة ومحتواها، كذلك محدداتها ومعاييرها العامة، وبعد أن فرغ من ذلك تناول المعايير الثلاثة المذكورة آنفا بالعرض والمناقشة، وعرض الأسباب التي دفعت إلى اختيار كل معيار منها، ومن المرجو أن تكون هذه الدراسة نواة جديدة لاستنباط الأدوات الحديثة وابتكارها في تقويم كتب تعليم العربية لغير الناطقين بها، والخروج عن النمطية في التقويم، مما يرتقي بمستوى إعداد كتب تعليم العربية لغير الناطقين بها والذي ينعكس بدوره إيجابا على مستوى متعلمي العربية من غير أبنائها، وقد خرجت الدراسة بنتائج مهمة، ومن: أهمية المعايير المختارة من عربية، وأمريكية، و أوروبية في تقويم المحتوى الثقافي لكتب تعليم العربية لغير الناطقين بها. This study aims to develop common standards Arabic between Rushdie Ahmed Tuyaima level, and level of the American Council of Teachers of foreign languages, and level of the common European framework. The mentioned of the criteria standards above have achieved widespread use among the interested parties and experts both in teaching foreign languages or Arab Non native speakers. From this perspective the researcher focuses on the culture and content, as well as the determinants of public and standards and dealt with the three criteria mentioned above. It is hoped that this study will be a new nucleus to revise the methods mentioned as a subject focuses in teach Arabic to non-native speakers. In order to raise the level of preparation of written teaching Arabic to non-native speakers which is reflected in turn positively on the level of Arab learners, the study came out the results of the task, it is: the importance of selected from Arab and American standards and European cultural content in the books teach Arabic to non-native speakers calendar.
