Abstract

تقدم هذه الدراسة فكرة عامة عن مفهوم المؤشر وطريقة حسابه، وبيان استخدام المؤشر الإسلامي في حساب الأجرة في صكوك الإجارة، كما تُبيّن الحكم الشرعي لاستخدامه، وتتناولت الدراسة البدائل الأخرى المقترحة لتحديد الأجرة. وتعتمد الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والمنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج التحليلي.
