Abstract

Throughout the history of mankind, great libraries have been destroyed. The main purpose of this research is to highlight and document incidents of librocide that have destroyed precious Islamic culture and heritage world over. Conservation and preservation of Islamic culture and heritage will be of importance treatment of this research.
