Abstract
Issues of habitability are indispensable in designing, providing and delivering houses for people. Today, housing has become a fundamental component for any city. Housing provides households and families with shelter as well as safe and secure base from which to interact with, and participate in community life. Hence, housing should meet certain minimum requirements, which are habitability, comfort, safety and the possibility for carrying out activities related to culture and lifestyle.
