Abstract
Many university courses today incorporate a group project. Students are fanned into groups and assigned a task designed to generate a outcome of some kind.!t may be difficult for perfectionists, because it makes it difficult to appreciate others' work because they want things done a certain specific way. Sometimes, it is difficult to even be working in groups for certain things because the work is difficult to divide amongst members, especially in groups with large numbers of people. Work may be unevenly divided, with one person doing more than the others and this is unfair
