Abstract

يُبرز هذا البحث مكانة السنة النبوية كمصدرٍ ثانٍ للتشريع الإسلامي بعد القرآن الكريم، مع التركيز على الجهود الحثيثة التي بذلها علماء الإسلام لحمايتها من التحريف والكذب. فقد قي�ض اهلل للسنة علماء متميزين دققوا في قضايا الأحاديث النبوية، ومحصوها، وميزوا كلام النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عن كلام الكذابين والمغرضين، مما ضمن بقاءها نقية. ومع ذلك، يشهد المجتمع الإسلامي اليوم انتشاراً واسعاً للأحاديث الضعيفة والموضوعة، نتيجة الجهل بخطورهتا، مما ساهم في تداولها عبر وسائل الإعلام والتواصل الاجتماعي، وأدى إلى تأثيرها سلبيا على فهم الدين. يعتمد البحث على المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي لدراسة جهود العلماء في صون السنة وإبراز ، ويؤكد 1 خطر الكذب على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، استناداً إلى حديثه: «من كذب علي متعمداً فليتبوأ مقعده من النار» أهمية التوعية بعلوم الحديث لتجنب هذه الممارسات الضارة. كما يوصي بتطوير برامج تعليمية ودعوية تُركز على تعريف المسلمين بخطورة الأحاديث الموضوعة والضعيفة، وتشجيعهم على الرجوع إلى مصادر الحديث الموثوقة، بما يضمن الحفاظ على نقاء الشريعة الإسلامية وصحتها، وخدمة المجتمع الإسلامي. ***** This research highlights the status of the Prophetic Sunnah as the second source of Islamic legislation after the Qur’an, with particular focus on the tireless efforts of Muslim scholars to safeguard it from distortion and fabrication. Allah entrusted the Sunnah to distinguished scholars who scrutinized the narrations, examined them with precision, and distinguished the authentic words of the Prophet ﷺfrom those of fabricators and opportunists, ensuring its preservation in pure form. Yet today, the Muslim community faces a widespread circulation of weak and fabricated hadiths, largely due to ignorance of their dangers. Their spread through media and social platforms has negatively affected the proper understanding of religion. This study adopts an inductive and analytical approach to examine the scholarly efforts in protecting the Sunnah and to underscore the gravity of lying against the Prophet ,ﷺas reflected in his warning :“Whoever deliberately lies about me, let him take his seat in the Fire”. It stresses the importance of raising awareness of the sciences of hadith to prevent such harmful practices. The research further recommends developing educational and daʿwah programs that highlight the dangers of weak and fabricated reports, encouraging Muslims to rely on authentic sources of hadith, thereby safeguarding the purity of Islamic law and serving the wellbeing of the Muslim community.
