Abstract

المخلص: تركّز هذه الدراسة على أهمية الوحدة الإسلامية بحسبانها أصلًا ثابتًا من مقاصد الإسلام، وهدفًا أساسيًا للأمة الإسلامية. كما تهدف الدراسة إلى استكشاف كيفية تحقيق هذه الوحدة بالنظر إلى التحديات التي تواجهها والوسائل المتاحة لتحقيقها. وتسعى الدراسة لتحليل أسباب الفشل في تحقيق الوحدة في تجارب سابقة، وتقديم رؤى حول كيفية الوصول إلى الوحدة الإسلامية المنشودة عبر الكتاب والسنة ومقاصد الشريعة والتطبيقات العملية. وتعتمد الدراسة على منهجين رئيسيين: المنهج الاستقرائي الذي يُستخدم لاستعراض التجارب السابقة والمبادرات التي سعت لتحقيق الوحدة الإسلامية. والمنهج التحليلي الذي يُستخدم لتحليل المبادرات السالفة وتقويم التحديات التي واجهتها لتحديد الأسباب التي أدت إلى فشل تحقيق الأهداف المنشودة. وتوصلت إليها الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، ومنها: التأكيد إلى أهمية الوحدة الإسلامية، وأنها تُعدُّ أساس القوة والتماسك للأمة، كما يتجلى في تجارب تاريخية ودينية مثل دستور دولة المدينة المنورة. كما اتضح إنّ من سباب فشل المبادرات الوحدوية السابقة مثل اتحاد المغرب العربي كانت غالبًا هياكل شكلية تفتقر إلى مضمون حقيقي وفعّال، حيث كانت تركز على الجوانب السياسية أكثر من الجانب العقدي. وتشير نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الهوان والضعف الذي لحق بالأمة الإسلامية عبر التاريخ كان نتيجة للاختلافات والنزاعات التي أضعفت الوحدة وأعاقت العمل الجماعي. وترى الدراسة ضرورة استخدام مقاصد الشريعة لتحقيق الوحدة الإسلامية بشكل فعّال. كما تبرز أهمية تجديد وتطوير المبادرات الوحدوية لتكون أكثر واقعية وملائمة للتحديات الحالية. ولضمان تحقيق وحدة إسلامية حقيقية، لابد من تطبيق المقاصد الشرعية، وتطوير مؤسسات وحدوية ذات طابع فعّال، تتجاوز النماذج الفاشلة السابقة، وبناء الثقة والتعاون بين الدول الإسلامية من خلال تحالفات ومبادرات حقيقية تعزز الوحدة وتستجيب للتحديات المعاصرة، وما يقع في غزة يكشف عوار أمتنا ويوجب علينا ضرورة وحدة حقيقية فعالة لتدارك تلبية تطلعات الأمة. Abstract: This study focuses on the importance of Islamic unity as a fundamental principle of Islam and a key objective for the Muslim ummah. It aims to explore how to achieve this unity by examining the challenges faced and the available means for its realization. The study also seeks to analyze the reasons behind the failure of previous attempts to achieve unity and to provide insights on how to attain the desired Islamic unity through the Qur'an, the Sunnah, the objectives of Islamic law, and practical applications. The study relies on two main methodologies: the inductive method, used to review previous experiences and initiatives aimed at achieving Islamic unity, and the analytical method, employed to analyze past initiatives and assess the challenges they faced, to identify the reasons for their failure to achieve the intended objectives. The study's findings emphasize that Islamic unity is crucial for the strength and cohesion of the ummah, as demonstrated by historical and religious examples such as the Constitution of Medina. It reveals that previous unity efforts, such as the Arab Cooperation Council and the Maghreb Union, often lacked real substance and focused more on political rather than doctrinal aspects. The research highlights that historical weakness in the ummah stemmed from conflicts and differences that undermined unity and collective action. The study asserts the need to effectively use the objectives of Islamic law to achieve genuine unity. It emphasizes renewing and developing unity initiatives to address current challenges. It calls for applying the objectives of Islamic law and creating effective, substantive unity institutions that surpass previous failed models, along with building trust and cooperation between Muslim countries through genuine alliances and initiatives. The current situation in Gaza has exposed the deficiencies within the ummah and underscores the necessity for truly effective unity to fulfill the aspirations of the nation.
