Abstract

يعتبر علم نقد المتون من العلوم المهمة في العصر الحاضر لتعلقه بعلم نقد النص الديني، ولقد كان للعلماء المتقدمين جهودا كبيرة في هذا الميدان، ومن بين هؤلاء الإمام بدر الدين العيني. لذلك، يهدف هذا البحث أولاً إلى الكشف عن أبرز وجوه نقد المتون عند الإمام العيني من خلال كتابه "عمدة القاري"، ثم الاستفادة منها في التأصيل لعلم نقد المتون. كما يساهم أيضا في إعطاء بعض الأجوبة على التساؤلات المثارة حول أحاديث صحيح البخاري المشكَلة. ولقد وظَّفت الباحثة عدة مناهج في هذه الدراسة؛ الأول هو المنهج التاريخي، وذلك للوقوف على الجانب التاريخ المتعلق بشخصية الإمام العيني. الثاني هو المنهج الاستقرائي، وذلك في جمع المواد العلمية المتعلقة بعلم نقد المتون، وتتبع الأحاديث الواردة في كتاب "عمدة القاري". الثالث هو المنهج التحليلي الاستنباطي، وذلك في تحليل ما انتقده الإمام العيني من متون الأحاديث، ثم استخراج أبرز وجوه نقد المتون عنده. وتوصَّلت الباحثة إلى نتائج مهمة، أهمها أن من أكثر العمليات التطبيقية لنقد المتون التي قام بها الإمام العيني في العمدة هي الجمع بين الأحاديث المتعارضة في الظاهر، وإعمالها جميعًا، وأنه عند شرحه لأحاديث صحيح البخاري، إذا وجد في الحديث إشكالًا أو تساؤلًا في ظاهره يتعارض مع الأصول الشرعية من القرآن الكريم أو السنة الثابتة أو الإجماع، أو يخالف الموقوف أو العقل أو التاريخ، فإنه يبينه ويحاول التوفيق بينها قدر الإمكان. ***** Textual Criticism is considered one of the most significant disciplines in the modern era due to its connection with the science of religious text criticism. The early scholars made great contributions to this field, among whom is Imam Badr al-Din al-ʿAyni. Therefore, this study primarily aims to uncover the most prominent aspects of textual criticism employed by Imam al-ʿAyni through his work ‘Umdat al-Qari’, and to benefit from these principles in establishing the foundations of textual criticism. It also seeks to provide answers to some of the critical questions raised regarding the problematic hadiths in Sahih al-Bukhari. The researcher adopted several methodologies in this study. The first is the historical method, which was used to explore the historical background of Imam al-ʿAyni's personality. The second is the inductive method, which involved gathering scientific material related to textual criticism and tracing the hadiths mentioned in ‘Umdat al-Qari’. The third is the analytical and deductive method, which was employed to analyze the texts that Imam al-ʿAyni criticized and extract the key aspects of his textual criticism. The study reached significant findings, the most notable of which is that one of the most practical methods Imam al-ʿAyni employed in ‘Umdat al-Qari’ was reconciling seemingly contradictory hadiths and applying them collectively. Additionally, when explaining the hadiths of Sahih al-Bukhari, if Imam al-ʿAyni encountered any apparent problematic aspect that seemed to conflict with the fundamental principles of the Qur’an, authentic Sunnah, consensus, or contradicted reason, historical facts, or the statements of the Companions, he would address the issue and strive to reconcile them as much as possible.
