Abstract

تكتسب هذه الدراسة أهميتها من تسليط الضوء على الطاب ع الشخصي والجمعي للمسئولية كما طرحه الدكتور محم د عبد الله دراز، وهو أحد أبرز المفكرين الإسلاميين الذين قدموا رؤية معرفية متعمقة لفهم الأخلاق والمسئولية في إطار القرآ ن الكر ي. تأتي هذه الأهمية من كونها تسعى إل دمج التعاليم القرآنية مع تحليل نظري معمق لأسس المسئولية في حياة الفرد والمجتمع، مستندة إل ما قدمه دراز في كتابه الشهير "دستور الأخلاق في القرآ ن"، حيث استعرض الجوانب التشريعية والقيمية التي تضبط سلوك الإنسا ن. كما تهدف الدراسة إل إثراء المجال المعرفي من خلال توظيف رؤية دراز لاستكشاف توازن ا لمسئولية بين ا لفرد والمجتمع، بما يعزز فهمنا ا لمعاصر ل لعلاقات ا لاجتماعية من منظور قرآني. وتكمن مشكلة البحث في غياب دراسات متخصصة تتناول الطاب ع الشخصي والجمعي للمسئولية كما صاغها محم د عب د الله دراز، ضمن إطار قرآني متكامل ورؤية معرفية شاملة، مما يبرز الحاجة إل تحليل هذا الجانب لفهم أعمق للأخلاق والمسئولية في القرآن الكري. واقتضت طبيعة البحث أن يعتمد على المنهج الاستقرائي وذلك من خلال تتبع النصوص القرآنية والآراء التي طرحها الدكتور دراز حول المسئولية والأخلاق، وكذلك على المنهج التحليلي، وذلك لمناقشة واستيعاب النصوص والمفاهيم، وتفكيك أبعاد المسئولية الفردية والجمعية من منظور معرفي وفلسفي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إل أن القرآن الكري قدم نماذج متوازنة للمسئولية راعي فيها الفردية والجماعية معًا، بما يحقق الانسجام بين حقوق الفرد وواجباته تجاه المجتمع، كما أكدت رؤية الدكتور محم د عب د الله دراز على أ ن المسئولية في الإسلام ليست مجرد التزام قانوني، بل هي قيمة أخلاقية نابعة من الإيمان بالله، مما يربط الأخلاق بالشريعة في إطار موح د. ***** This study derives its significance from shedding light on the personal and collective dimensions of responsibility as articulated by Dr. Muhammad Abdullah Draz, one of the foremost Islamic thinkers who presented a profound epistemological perspective on understanding ethics and responsibility within the framework of the Qur’an. The importance of this research lies in its endeavor to integrate Qur’anic teachings with a thorough theoretical analysis of the foundations of responsibility in individual and societal life, drawing upon Draz’s seminal work, The Moral Code of the Qur’an, in which he explored the legislative and ethical principles governing human behavior. Moreover, the study aims to enrich the academic field by employing Draz’s vision to uncover the balance between individual and communal responsibility, enhancing contemporary understanding of social relations from a Qur’anic perspective. The research problem stems from the lack of specialized studies addressing the personal and collective dimensions of responsibility as conceptualized by Muhammad Abdullah Draz within a comprehensive Qur’anic and epistemological framework, highlighting the need for an in-depth analysis of this aspect to achieve a deeper understanding of ethics and responsibility in the Qur’an. The research methodology employs the inductive approach, by tracing Qur’anic texts and Draz’s views on responsibility and ethics, alongside the analytical approach, to engage with and deconstruct texts and concepts, exploring the dimensions of individual and collective responsibility from an epistemological and philosophical standpoint. The findings reveal that the Qur’an provides balanced models of responsibility, harmonizing individual and collective aspects to achieve coherence between individual rights and societal duties. Additionally, Dr. Muhammad Abdullah Draz’s vision affirms that responsibility in Islam is not merely a legal obligation, but a moral value rooted in faith in Allah, thereby uniting ethics and Shari’ah within a unified framework.
