Abstract

الملخص تتمحور هذه الدراسة حول إيجاد الحلول العملية المناسبة للتحديات التي تواجه مؤسسة الأوقاففي سلانجور عبر توظيف تقنية الذكاء الاصطناعي. وتتناول الدراسة تعريف الذكاء الاصطناعي، وأهميته، وأنواعه، ومراحل تطوره، وتطبيقاته، وحكمه الشرعي، كما تتناول أيضا الخلفية التاريخية لمؤسسة الأوقاف في ولاية سلانجور، وما تقدمه من خدمات لسكان الولاية، والتحديات التي تواجهها، ومن ثَمّ تقديم الحلول المناسبة من خلال توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتقوم الدراسة أيضاً بدراسة ميدانية من خلال المقابلة مع موظفي المؤسسة للاطلاع على آرائهم في مدى إمكانية استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعيونجاحه. وتعتمد الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج التحليلي، بالإضافة إلى المنهج الميداني المتمثل في المقابلة الشخصية مع المسؤولين في مؤسسة الأوقاف للوقوف على آخر التطورات في استخدام التكنولوجيا، والتحديات التي تواجهها في الوقت الحاضر. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى إمكانية توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي ونجاحه في المؤسسات ذات الطابع الديني ومنها المؤسسات الوقفية، وأيضاً تقديم الحلول العملية الناجعة للتحديات التي تواجه مؤسسة الأوقاف في الولاية. This study focuses on finding appropriate practical solutions to the challenges facing the Awqaf Foundation in Selangor using artificial intelligence technology. The study deals with the definition of artificial intelligence, its importance, types, applications, and its legal ruling. It also deals with the historical background of the Awqaf Foundation in the state of Selangor, the services it provides to the residents of the state, the challenges it faces, and then providing appropriate solutions using artificial intelligence. The study also conducts a field study through interviews with the institution's employees to learn their opinions on the extent to which artificial intelligence can be used and its success. The study adopts the inductive and analytical approaches. Besides, the study utilizes interview with the employees of the Awqaf Foundation to find out the latest developments in the use of technology, and the challenges it faces at the present time. The study concluded that artificial intelligence can be used and succeeded in religious institutions, including endowment institutions, and also provides effective practical solutions to the challenges facing the Awqaf Foundation in the state.
