Abstract

تعتبر رواية ورش توأما للفقه المالكي في بلاد نيجيريا، وكانت بمنزلة عظمى في عين كل مسلم، وبالأخص مسلمي نيجيريا، وقد أسهم فيها علماء نيجيريا إسهامات كثيرة في إثراء جوانب منها تدريسا وتدوينا. ويهدف هذا البحث إلى إلقاء نظرة عامة على جهود علماء نيجيريا في تطبيق رواية ورش والحفاظ عليها، وبيان دلالات القراءات المخالفة للقراء السبع لدى المجتمع النيجيري. توصلت الدراسة إلى تعرض هذا البحث لرواية الإمام ورش-رحمه الله-، وسريانها إلى نيجيريا، وأن ثمة طريقتين مهمتين يتبعهما مهرة شمال نيجيريا في الحفاظ على الكلمات والحروف أو ضبط كيفية النطق بها في القرآن، اصطلحوا على تسميتها بـــ: "الحِرْز"-Harji-، ـ"الضابط"-Loga-، وأنه قد دخل علم القراءات ضمن الإصلاحات المذكورة بنيجيريا، ليس بتأليف كتاب مستقل فيه فحسب، بل عن طريق إيراد القراءات والمقارنة بينها خلال تفسير كتاب الله تعالى، وأن المحافظة على رواية ورش عن نافع في المجتمع النيجيري ما زال له أثر في فهم الآيات القرآنية، على المستوى الصوتي والصرفي والنحوي. ***** Warsh’s reading is considered a twin of Maliki jurisprudence in Nigeria, and it held a great status in the eyes of every Muslim, especially Nigerian Muslims, and Nigerian scholars made many contributions to it in enriching aspects of it in teaching and codification. This research aims to give a general overview of the efforts of Nigerian scholars to apply and preserve Warsh’s reading, and to explain the implications of readings that differ from the seven recitations/reading in Nigerian society. The study concluded that this research exposed the narration of Imam Warsh and its transmission to Nigeria, and that there are two important methods followed by the Mahris of northern Nigeria in preserving words and letters or controlling how they are pronounced in the Qur’an. They called it “Al-Harz” - Harji - , “The Officer” -Loga-, and that he has included the science of readings within the aforementioned reforms in Nigeria, not only by writing a separate book in it, but by citing the readings and comparing them during the interpretation of Holy Qur’an, and that preserving Warsh’s narration on the authority of Nafi’ in Nigerian society is what It has no effect on understanding Qur’anic verses, at the phonetic, morphological, and grammatical levels.
