Abstract

Mengurus dan mentadbir sesebuah institusi pengajian tinggi (IPT) bukan urusan mudah. Ketika arus perubahan hidup termasuk tadbir urus di IPT berlaku begitu pantas, pelbagai kekangan luar dan dalam, serta trend terkini ‘bagai cendawan tumbuh selepas hujan’ pasti memperhebatkan lagi cabaran digalas pentadbir universiti.
