Abstract

The Speaker was invited to present a paper entitled the Overview of Life Cycle Cost Formulas and Calculation to the members of Institution of Engineers Malaysia. for the 1st session. This session is a detailed discussion into the formulas and the calculations involved in LCC Aanalysis. LCC is as a useful economic assessment technique that provides total cost information, which can facilitate the government and private agencies, asset owners, cost estimators etc. in the built environment to make better decision in determining the most optimum total ownership costs of an asset.
