Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان كيفية التعامل مع سنة رسول الله ﷺ في القرن الحادي والعشرين؛ لأن معرفة التعامل مع السنة يفيدنا في التعرف على شريعة الله تعالى التي خلق الإنسان من أجل تنفيذها. ولتحقيق هذا الأمر سيتطرق الباحثان أولاً إلى تعريف السنة لغةً وشرعاً، ثم استعراض كيفية التعامل مع السنة من ناحية فهمها، وكيف تحفظ السنة المرء وعقله من فساد العمل والفكر والسلوك، ثم ذكر عدد من الصفات والقواعد والمعايير التي أقرها علماء السنة في هذا الأمر، والقاعدة الرئيسية هنا أن الله أنزل السنة مع القرآن الكريم وحياً، فالتعامل معها إذن يكون باعتبارها وحياً أوحاه الله إلى عبده محمد ﷺ، ثانياً أن السنة تخاطب الأمم كلها من باب الدعوة والتبشير، والباحثان كتبا ووضحا هذه النقطة مع ذكر أمثلة من الحضارات والواقع المعاصر، بالإضافة إلى ذلك، جمع هذا البحث بين المنهجين التحليلي والنقدي، وتناول الأبعاد المختلفة حول هذا الموضوع، وتوصَّل البحث إلى نتائج، منها: الإيمان بالسنة لأنها جاءت وحياً مع القرآن، والتعامل مع سنة رسول الله ﷺ لا يعني مجرد التعامل مع أقواله وأفعاله وتقريراته، بل التعامل معها أقرب ما يكون إلى التعامل مع الوحي، والممارسة بالسنة قد تختلف من بلدٍ إلى بلد، ومن جيلٍ إلى جيل، فالتعامل مع السنة من ناحية تعليمه قديماً يختلف عن الزمن الحالي لوجود التقنية وغيرها، فقد جمع الباحثان في هذه المقالة عدة أفكار من العلماء المعاصرين ممن تميزوا في بيان كيفية التعامل مع السنة في القرن الحادي والعشرين، وفي الختام تم استعراض بعض الاقتراحات لمعالجة المشاكل التي تتعلق بكيفية التعامل مع السنة. = The purpose of this study is to clarify how, in the twenty-first century, we deal with the Sunnah of the prophet Muhammad Peace be upon him because understanding how to deal with the Sunnah entails understanding the law of Almighty Allah SWT, who created man for it and to implement it on the earth. The Sunnah was then transmitted along with the Holy Qur'an as revelation, and it is treated as the revelation that Almighty Allah SWT revealed to His servant Muhammad Peace be upon him. After that, it appears simple to deal with it in terms of understanding it, by mentioning several attributes, categories, rules, and criteria approved by the Sunni scholars. Second, the Sunnah addresses all nations in terms of advocacy and evangelism, and this is a key part of this article, and the researchers wrote and illustrated this point with examples from civilizations and modern reality, and in the end, they included researchers in tossing some examples and sayings of contemporary hadiths to revive the Sunnah, the Messenger of Allah SWT, peace be upon him. In addition, this research combined analytical and critical approaches and dealt with the different dimensions of this topic. The research continued to lead to results, including: believing in the Sunnah because it came along with the Quran, and dealing with the Sunnah of the messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) does not mean just dealing with his words, deeds and reports, but dealing as close as possible to dealing with Revelation, and the practice of Sunnah may vary from country to country, and from generation to generation, dealing with Sunnah in terms of its ancient education is different from the current time of the existence of technology and others, the researchers in this article collected several ideas from contemporary scholars who distinguished themselves in explaining how to deal with Sunnah in the Twenty-First Century, In conclusion, some suggestions were reviewed to address the solutions about how to deal with the Sunnah.
