Abstract

يسهم استخدام التقانة في تطوير المنتجات المالية (التقانة المالية) في عمليات المؤسسات المالية التقليدية وفي المنتجات والخدمات المبتكرة التي تدعمها تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي AI، والعقود الذكية بتقنية بلوكتشين blockchain، وغيرها، وللأخيرة تأثيرها البالغ اليوم، وتقنية بلوكتشين سجل غير مركزي موزع رقمًّيا ُيستخدم لتسجيل المعاملات عبر الحواسيب من دون تغيير إي إدخال في السجل في جميع الكتل اللاحقة، ويرمز العقد الذكي قواعد العقد المتفق عليه بين الأط ارف ُ المتعاقدة في المعاملة الأساس، في حين تفرض بلوكتشين قواعد العقد المطروحة، وهذا من نتائج الثورة الصناعية الاربعة IR4 في صناعة الخدمات المالية، ومنه جاءت فكرة إنشاء الصكوك الإسلامية باستخدام تقنية بلوكتشين. = The utilization of technology plays a significant role in the advancement of financial products, commonly referred to as financial technology (fintech). This includes incorporating technology in the operations of traditional financial institutions, as well as developing innovative products and services that leverage artificial intelligence (AI) technologies such as smart contracts utilizing blockchain technology, among others. Blockchain technology is a decentralized digital distributed ledger that facilitates transaction recording through computers without altering any previous entries across subsequent blocks. Smart contracts, on the other hand, encode the agreed-upon contractual rules between parties within the underlying transaction, while the blockchain enforces the proposed contract rules. These developments are outcomes of the fourth industrial revolution (IR4) within the financial services industry. Consequently, the concept of creating Islamic sukuk using blockchain technology emerged as a result of these advancements.
