Abstract

المساجد لها دور كبير في المجتمع الإسلامي وليست مجرد مراكز للقيام بالصلوات الخمس جماعة. ومن دورها التعليم الديني للعوام ومن ذلك نشر ما فرض على الناس معرفته من أمور دينهم. فقد نرى أغلب المساجد في ماليزيا فيها الدروس الدينية قائمة بين المغرب والعشاء، حيث جعلت بعض مؤسسات الإفتاء في ماليزيا من المساجد وسيلة من وسائل نشر الفتاوى. من وسائل نشر الفتاوى في المساجد هي إلقاء الدروس بين المغرب والعشاء للإخبار عن إصدار الفتاوى الحديثة وتعليق الملصقات عن الفتاوى في لوائح المساجد. فهذه الدراسة تبحث في مدى نجاح تلك الوسائل في نشر الفتاوى في المساجد وخصوصا في العصر الحاضر، وفي مدى مناسبة نشرها في المساجد من أجل خدمة جميع أفراد المسلمين لكي يتعلمون الفتاوى الواجب معرفتها. لاسيما قد وجد البحث بعض تجارب الإفتاء بالمشافهة في بعض مؤسسات الإفتاء بماليزيا، و ذلك مماثل لتجربة المساجد في "مصر". جمع الباحث في منهج هذه الدراسة في الجانب الميداني بين المقابلة والاستبانة لجمع المعلومات حول موضوع البحث، واسنتدت إلى المنهجين التحليلي والمقارن في تحليل البيانات التي تمّ جمعها للوصول إلى تحقيق أهداف البحث في معرفة كيفية إقامة خدمة نشر الفتوى في المساجد بولاية جوهور؛و في مقارنتها وتقييمها في ضوء ضوابط صحة الإفتاء وفي ضوء بعض التجارب التارخية في نشر الفتوى مشافهة وبعض التجارب المعاصرة على مستوى المؤسسات في ذلك ومدى مناسبتها وفعاليتها في في الواقع الحاضر. Mosques have a major role in the Islamic community and are not just centers for performing the five congregational prayers. Among its roles is providing religious education to common peoples, including spreading what people are required to understand about their religion. We may see that most of the mosques in Malaysia have religious lessons between Maghrib and Isha, as some Fatwa institutions in Malaysia have made mosques as a place to spreading fatwas to muslims. One of the methods to spread fatwas in mosques is giving lessons between Maghrib and Isha to tell muslims about the issuance of modern fatwas and hanging posters about fatwas in mosque information boards. This study examines the extent of the success of fatwas spreading method in mosques, especially in the present era, and the appropriateness of spreading fatwas in mosques in order to serve all members of Muslims in order to learn the fatwas that must be known. In particular, the research found some experiences of oral fatwas in some fatwa institutions in Malaysia, similar to the experience of mosques in Egypt. In the field aspect of this study, the researcher combined the interview and the questionnaire to collect information on the subject of the research. These research based on the controls of the validity of the fatwa and some historical experiences in publishing the fatwa orally and some contemporary experiences at the level of institutions in this regard and the extent of its suitability and effectiveness in the present reality.
