Abstract

وإذ تعدّ اللغة العربية جزءًا لا يتجزّأ من نظام قيم الملايو التربوي الذي يحفظ الدين في نفوس الملايويين وعقولهم، فإن إدارة الشؤون الدينية الإسلامية بولاية ملاكا شرعت منذ سنوات في تأليف مقرَّرات للمواد الدينية والعربية الابتدائية بشكل متميِّز. وبوصفنا مشرفيْن على الكتب المقرَّرة والتي صمّمها أصحابها باللغة العربية؛ فإننا على اطلاع بالمسالك التي سلكتها هذه المقرّرات المراعية للتغيير الحاصل في المنظومة التعليمية التي تخضع من حين لآخر إلى إصلاحات تربوية لا سيما في مجتمع تربوي ماليزي ناطق بغير اللغة العربية، ومع ذلك هناك استمرارية ثابتة في الحفاظ على المعهود الديني والعربي في مقررات المدارس الدينية الإسلامية. وقد انتهجت الدراسة المنهج الكمي، وذلك بتوزيع استبانة على بعض المدرِّسين الذي ألَّفوا هذه المقرَّرات، كما انتهت الدراسة إلى استعراض النتائج والتوصيات. Islamic Religious Department of Melaka (JAIM) has been working on developing a high-quality curriculum for religion and Arabic language subjects in primary schools. Even though Arabic is not the native language of the Malaysian education community, religious content and Arabic language have been included in the curriculum of all Islamic religious schools. As supervisors of the religious curriculum written in Arabic, we examined the various curriculum used, considering changes in the education system due to Malaysia’s education reforms. The study aims to investigate the Teachers’ perception of who wrote the curriculum and the challenges they faced while writing it. The Quantitative approach involves distributing survey questions to 16 teachers who authored the curriculum. The findings from the survey are analyzed to provide insights into the curriculum’s effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement. This study can contribute to the ongoing efforts of the Islamic Religious Department of Melaka to develop a high-quality curriculum for religion and Arabic language subjects in primary schools. It will provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of the curriculum and identify areas for improvement.
